You came to us to get your data off the market. We will never put it back there.
Information we collect
Only what we need to find and remove your listings: your name, current and past addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and birth year. When you subscribe we also collect billing details, which are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers. We collect basic, anonymous site usage data to keep the website working.
How we use it
We use your information solely to locate your profiles on data broker and people-search sites, submit opt-out and removal requests on your behalf, verify removals, send you privacy reports, and provide customer support.
We never sell or share your data
We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or share the personal information we collect with anyone — not advertisers, not data brokers, not marketing partners. The only time information leaves our systems is when we submit a removal request to a broker that already lists you, and then only the minimum details that broker requires to identify and delete your record.
How we protect it
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest with 256-bit encryption, access is limited to the staff who perform your removals, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information only while your subscription is active. When you cancel, or whenever you ask, we permanently delete your personal information within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep billing records.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your information at any time. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights, which we honor for every customer regardless of where they live.
Emails
If you give us your email for a discount code or updates, we only use it to send those messages. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
